Into Albuquerque

It's a cold and cloudy day here in the high desert with snow flurries in the forecast. We're in a great hotel with a large pool and decent weight room. This is one of those pools that has a wall separating indoor and outdoor sections. You can swim outside but get out of the pool in the warmth inside. The hotel is in the airport flight path and it was enjoyable (to me anyway) to swim on my back and watch the planes fly over head seemingly cutting through the steam from my breath as it rose into the night air. I was surprised at how weak my lung capacity seemed. It was only later that I noticed the sign in the exercise room warning that we are a mile above sea level and those unaccustomed to the thinner air need to be careful not to over exert. That explains it.

We'll run the show tonight just like it's the real thing. Tomorrow night is the opener.

I just posted new pictures on the photographs page and I'll update the Tour Ratings Chart after I post this note.
