Chattanooga Dulcimer Festival Venue Page

Chattanooga . . . the attraction's only natural.

Let me say this up front. I think I live in one of the coolest places in America. I've visited hundreds of cites across the country since I began touring with Yanni in 2003, and Chattanooga keeps calling me home.

If you can spare a few days before or after the festival I hope you'll take in some of the area's natural beauty. Click here for a link to a site called Chattanooga Fun. Take a couple of minutes to watch the video and download the Chattanooga Visitor's Guide. The 21st Century Waterfront changes are all scheduled to be complete by mid-May 2005. In fact, I'll be performing along with the Chattanooga Symphony and guest artists Zachary Carrettin, violin, and Hussain Jiffry, bass, for the Grand Celebration final ceremony on May 12th. We'll be playing compositions by Zach, Hussain and I while Project Bandaloop does its unique arial dancing along the riverfront. It is free and you're invited!

Our CDF festival site is the Mountain Arts Community Center (MACC) which is just seven miles from downtown Chattanooga. The classrooms are large and the auditorium is a pie shaped room with sloped wooden floors and a classic 1930's style stage and seating. For more on this historic building click here.
